Why the order of these three matters

The single most common mistake after a repossession is treating cure, redemption, and the deficiency as one thing. They use different dollar amounts and different legal triggers. Cure or reinstatement catches up the past-due amount; redemption pays the entire loan off before the sale; the deficiency is what the lender says you still owe after the sale. A quote for one is not a quote for the others, and a deadline for one does not extend the others.

What the tool does not decide

It does not read your contract, it does not confirm whether a specific notice was legally sufficient, and it does not tell you whether to file bankruptcy or sue. Those turn on documents and facts it cannot see. Use it to find the right procedure and the right deadline, then work from the procedure guides, your state page, the cited statute, legal aid, or counsel.
